There is a very simple way of stopping the speculation - tell us the facts instead of keep telling us you can't tell us! I'm sorry, but making things more mysterious and promising fixes in a few days, which haven't turned up in a few days, then promising ficxes in a few days doesn't really cut it. I'm sure you can see why, when the spam issues indicates that no staff are currently active. There used to be 2 or 3, so anything affecting that number of people seems rather serious, or the company has down-sized.

I must agree. Telling us that "Very Serious" things are keeping you from Updating the site and then saying you can't tell us anything about what is going on only makes things worse. I also looked at the forum for the DiaperGal site also run by Skymouse and it's running just fine with updates throughout the Month of October while the WHP site gets nothing. Spammers are running rampant and members are leaving left and right and no one seems to care.
Skymouse's WHP site has always been one of the best sites out there...I hate to see it all fall apart.

ok can you have skymouse post the video update for november 25 i would really appreciate it things seemed to be getting better and now i came on to find sundays update not posted so if someone can get it posted and then post thursdays update on time that would be great thanks in advance

Skymouse has told me the video should be coming within the next day or two. Apologies for the delay, Skymouse has been away shooting content for you all which has ended up in a slight and unexpected delay in him posting them. The video will be up soon.

it guess it means sundays and todays update should be up by the weekend then i just checked the site and still nothing after november 22 hopefully this will be added before this coming sundays update needs to be posted maybe he should bring on someone to help him run the site and keep it updated weekly that way he can concentrate on shooting the videos and the helper can keep the site updated this might solve some of the issues i belong to four other sites and non of them have had such month long delays in updates and none of them ignore members like skymouse does people email him and he can't be bothered to take 2 minutes out of his day to respond or to come on here and post information so this needs to change before all the members walk which is still a possibility the members are fed up with all of it month long delays no communication except from you skymouse needs to treat the members here better than he has otherwise we will walk and go to a site where members are more appreciated and not ignored

Apologies again (I know I've said it before) for the late videos, Skymouse has just told me that he is preparing a video, which feature a new model 'Ellen' with something a bit different. Which you will hopefully enjoy. The video will be posted soon.

Just to confirm what WHPElf said above, I'll be posting a video of a new model, Ellen, today, and he's right, it's going to be something a bit different. I'll then catch up and return to the normal schedule ASAP. Sorry for the recent periods of variability.

Regarding email, the two addresses to use are:

support@toshahays.com.gi - for anything relating to members area logins, payments and models' panties.

skymouse@skymouse.com - for anything else (which I'll handle myself).

I recently had a problem with the email which will have caused some emails to bounce - that's fixed now. However, in case anyone is still awaiting a response for me and doesn't hear back, please go ahead and email again and I'll reply as quickly as possible.

Also, it pains me to have had to remain silent about the things which were delaying me. They include some personal things which I don't want to share outside of my family and a very few people who are a part of my personal support network.

I see a great many loyal and sincere people in this and other threads, and I don't wish to turn my back on you.

well i just emailed both skymouse and tosha to see if sundays final video for 2018 could be uploaded out of the sites i have memberships to this is the only video i am still waiting on 4 days later updates seemed to get better but now its slowing up again

hey all i just posted in the other thread but anyway it is now january 7 and still no final video for 2018 i have emailed both tosha and sky but i don't think they check their email anyway maybe its time those of us still here walk away and dump our memberships maybe that will make skymouse take notice because clearly posting here and emailing are futile there are similiar sites out there that have far better customer service and constant updates every week 365 days a year

All videos are now up to date.

The three closest people in my life died over the period in which I've had delays, in addition to other things that I don't want to talk about (yet). I would have very much preferred to keep my bereavements secret but I feel I am abusing my love for the people I lost if I continue to allow my periods of absence to be publicly attributed to apathy.

party578, I am attending a funeral tomorrow and will also be with my family and friends for most of the day. When I get home in the evening I will do my best to prioritise the emails you're waiting for replies on.

On a seperate subject, as there is some confusion, Tosha Hays Ltd is the name of the company which is responsible for publishing WHP. My company (Skymouse Productions Ltd) produces the videos and photosets, This is the reason why login and billing questions are best addressed to support@toshahays.com.gi while matters relating to creative matters are best addressed to me at skymouse@skymouse.com.

However, sometimes Tosha Hays support emails end up being forwarded to me when there's a matter they wish to refer to my attention, and so during the recent times when I've been behind on emails, some of these emails also got delayed for which I also apologise.

hey thanks for coming on to let us know i am sorry for those losses so it's fine anyway waiting for yesterdays video update to be posted any chance you can get it posted before the night is over i would appreciate it thanks in advance

well once again tosha hayes and skymouse don't respond to emails or posts on here im still waiting on a months worth of missing videos i will not download the two posted until the missing videos get put up its not right and not fair to the members on here two new videos do not take the place the january 17-february 17 missing videos these need to be posted and as soon as possible

where is tosha hayes this person doesn't come on here to update the site or us maybe tosha can let the members know where skymouse or when he will return monday will be a month since he last posted he doesn't reply to emails or post on here so info would be appreciated

Tosha Hayes is a company that, I think for purposes to do with UK law running websites, is based abroad. You are making yourself look like a right idiot by asking for a person called Tosha Hayes to respond because they don't exist. As someone else told you on another thread, if you are so insensitive that you don't care about Skymouse's multiple bereavements, just let your membership laspse instead of posting every day and showing how boorish you are. Other people are giving Skymouse space to get over this and, when he has, we expect that he will let people know what is happening and post updates again.
